Overview
The VIPER BALLOON HUNTER is a dedicated high-altitude interceptor specifically engineered to neutralize high-altitude meteorological and surveillance balloons. The platform combines an expanded operational ceiling (up to 10 km) with integrated day and thermal imaging to achieve full 24/7 mission readiness.To ensure continuous performance in extreme environments, the system features active optics protection with integrated thermal lens de-icing, conformal-coated electronics for all-weather capability, and an enhanced dual-battery configuration providing up to 40 minutes of operational endurance.The system has been successfully validated in drills with the Lithuanian Armed Forces and tested in real operational conditions.
